Items are shipped within 5 business days via USPS first class. Free shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want to ensure you are 100% stoked with your new Mountain Gypsea goods. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please contact me immediately so I can try to remedy the situation.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of delivery. Ship items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on beyond that timeline. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
NO refunds are offered for custom or sale items unless item is received in a damaged condition. If damaged, message me immediately and mail it back to within ten (10) days of delivery. A replacement will be sent immediately and shipping cost will be reimbursed to you.
